As permaculturists, growing our food is very important. I'm a bit nervous about doing so in Iceland but another part of me enjoys the challenge. <br />I don't know if you've read any of Sepp Holzer's permaculture books, but he has managed to grow citrus in a cold temperate high elevation in Austria by creating microclimates from positioning of rocks and reflections from his ponds. <br />There is always so much to learn.
